The INCompliance higher education consultant team, which includes professionals with decades of experience as administrators and compliance officers in public and private institutions, is uniquely positioned to assist colleges and universities. Having lived the "nuts and bolts" of campus operations, we know the challenges and can effectively collaborate with administrators, compliance offices, Title IX coordinators, athletic departments, and others to cultivate sustainable, comprehensive compliance programs that align seamlessly with the institution's culture. In addition to building compliance programs, our expertise includes developing policies and training solutions and conducting and audits to help educators navigate an increasingly regulated environment. 

A significant part of our higher education consulting work consists of providing experienced and unbiased investigators, hearing officers, interim Title IX Coordination support, and informal resolution facilitators to both public and private institutions across the country.  We work to help implement policies and procedures in a manner that is consistent both with legal requirements and each institution’s particular ethic of care within the campus community.
