Overview
Colleen started her career conducting civil rights investigations in housing, employment, and public accommodations for municipal agencies. She then transitioned to higher education where she worked as a Title IX investigator and later as Title IX Coordinator for a private research university. Colleen has experience with policy development, investigations, training facilitation, and overseeing resolution processes for Title IX and other equity-related matters.
