Overview
Diane is an experienced attorney and consultant, advising in the areas of health care reimbursement, managed care contracting, health care supply chain contracting, 340B compliance and general health care compliance. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of health-related topics, including the 340B program, current Office of the Inspector General investigations of health care providers, employee education and organizational compliance programs.
Diane is an active member of Homeward Bound, a multi-denominational prison ministry bringing hope and encouragement to the residents of women’s prisons.
