Eric brings extensive experience in higher education law, civil rights compliance, and institutional policy. Before joining INCompliance, Eric served as Associate General Counsel to the Secretary of the Air Force, advising on academic governance, accreditation, and major institutional initiatives for the U.S. Air Force Academy. He also worked as Assistant Attorney General for Higher Education in Colorado, providing legal counsel to public colleges and universities on civil rights and compliance matters.

Eric specializes in guiding institutions through complex compliance challenges, with a focus on policy development, risk management, and institutional strategy. He is skilled in designing and delivering training programs, conducting climate assessments, and implementing best practices to support inclusive and equitable learning environments.
