Kevin Rogers brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in project management, estimation, field engineering, and owner’s representation. His diverse project portfolio includes biomedical facilities, multifamily housing, entertainment venues, commercial and industrial developments, and historic renovations. Kevin has contributed to notable projects such as the FC Cincinnati MLS Stadium, Newport on the Levee, and the UPS Worldport Expansion, demonstrating his leadership in managing large-scale and complex developments.

Kevin has previously worked with ENR Top 200 construction management firms as a Project Manager and Estimator. He also served as an owner’s representative and construction project manager at a prominent consultancy, specializing in commercial, institutional, residential, and historic projects. His responsibilities included pay application reviews, change order assessments, constructability evaluations, and project oversight. Kevin’s contributions extend to cost estimating, preconstruction services, and design reviews for public and private developments nationwide, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of construction practices.
